Rather than worry about minor fitness issues which are commonly disagreed upon, the advice that is typically accepted is provided on this site – based on multiple sources from diverse areas of expertise, including a combination of Personal Trainers, dietitians, medical journals, fitness magazines, the world wide web, and simple common-sense.
The site is run by Craig Walker, a certified Personal Fitness Training Specialist residing in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
